We offer a flexible subscription where the total cost is calculated by the number of users registered on the platform. You can easily add or remove team members at any time through your dashboard.
Our standard billing happens quarterly, with subscription fee to be paid in advance. If you’re ready to commit to a year, we’ll reward your loyalty by giving last two months of subscription free, giving you 12 months of access for the price of 10.
If your team size increases, we simply apply a pro-rata adjustment for the remaining days of that month. This ensures you only pay from the moment you actually need the extra capacity.
While we’d hate to see you go, you can cancel your subscription whenever you choose. You will continue to have full use of the platform through the end of the billing period. To ensure a smooth transition, we keep your data accessible for 14 days after the subscription expires. Once that window closes, access is permanently revoked. Please keep in mind that all payments are final; we do not provide pro-rated refunds for cancellations.
After the subscription plan expires, you can no longer access your data. Instead, download all data before the subscription plan expires and provided you are not renewing the plan. In case of cancellation of subscription, your access will remain active for 14 calendar days.
